PRIVACY POLICY

Pretty Lashes by Nikita is committed to the absolute respect of privacy concerning any information you agree to provide us. The need for appropriate management and protection of all personal information given, such as names, emails, phone numbers, etc. is recognized by Pretty Lashes by Nikita. Pretty Lashes by Nikita will not share your information with any third parties outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. 

Email marketing is integrated into the Pretty Lashes by Nikita website for seasonal promotions and service updates. If you would like to withdraw any of your personal information from Pretty Lashes by Nikita at any time, please contact prettylashesbynikita@gmail.com.  

BOOKING POLICY

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES PRIOR TO BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

POLICIES APPLY TO ALL CLIENTS, THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

All appointments require deposits. Deposits are non-refundable, with no exceptions. They are paid upon booking an appointment and go towards the total cost of the service. The deposit amount is $25 regardless of the appointment being booked. The remainder of the payment can be paid at the time of the appointment. In case of a cancellation, your deposit can only be transferrable for appointments if notified before 48 HOURS of the original appointment. 

All cancellations must be made aware of at least 48 HOURS prior to all appointments. 

If an appointment is canceled in under 48 hours and you would like to rebook, a $20 cancellation fee as well as a new deposit is required.

In the case of a no-show, the deposit will be lost. If you have no-showed previously and would like to rebook, you must pay the FULL amount of your previous service in addition to the full amount of the new appointment. 

If you arrive at your appointment late, the time will cut into your application time. Appointments will not be extended if you arrive late. 

The remainder of the payment must be paid at the time of the appointment.

CURRENT EYELASH EXTENSION CLIENTS:

If you have lashes at 1-3 weeks, book a REFILL

If it has been over 3.5 weeks (25 days) since your last appointment, it is a FULL SET

NEW EYELASH EXTENSION CLIENTS:

If you have eyelash extensions from another lash artist book REMOVAL + FULL SET

All new clients book FULL SET

LASH LIFT & BROW LAMINATION CLIENTS:

As a professional, I recommend rebooking after the 6-8 week mark. An assessment will be done to determine your lash health and growth cycle. 

NO ADDITIONAL PERSON POLICY

As a lash artist, we do not want any distractions during your appointment. This is also a luxury service, so only one person will be allowed in the boutique with the lash artist during the appointment.
